Latte 's mobile phone that I purchased did not work from the begnning. It started by daying after charged and when I talked on it the noise was horrible. One day it dyed and never came back. So I decided to return it. I contacted the company and they said they would only exchanged my gadget if I returned it to them with the invoive and inside the BOX in which it came. I said I had the receipt but not the box (who keeps it anyways?) So they said they wouldn't be able to exchanged it. Was I robbed? I guess I was. I had never been treated like that by an US company.
