I began having a every month "No Dedication" offer which converted into a 24-month agreement after I approved a "Free Update" to HD. The repetition didn't note the expansion upfront or I'd have rejected. Alternatively, the expansion is hidden on site 2 of the e-mail/notice they send which in the beginning look appears like a verification notice and verification of the impending visit for an onsite visit for changing out the recipient and meal. Customer support might do nothing about this (so that they state) and note that I approved the contract. Personally I think that I had been fooled into an expansion without adequate caution.
