My wife and I have disputed a claim in the amount of $311.35 from day one and explained to Dthat IRECTV that they did not provide the level of customer service they had guaranteed. On four (4) individual event during Sept. Of we requested DIRECTV to maneuver a satellite dish off our terrace to some more desirable area (support were only available in late Aug.).
