I never closed a with Direct TV. After I obtained my first bill, in tiny printing, it stated that by spending the bill, I accept their two-year support agreement. I attempted to contact them to inform them that I never decided and not could accept something contract, but was constantly informed that I had been under a contract. I had been repeatedly placed on store and was left on-hold from the rude workers before telephone disconnected. I named many more times and was hung-up on many times. I eventually made connection with a so-called "higher-up" and he was the rudest, bully of. I expected him to fax, e-mail or deliver me a thing that suggested that I signed a deal. Obviously, he could not do this, since I never closed or decided to a deal. After obtaining no-where with this specific individual, my support was disconnected. I had been treated. I then returned my gear.

I settled that first bill I obtained (that was produced just just a few months after-service) for that fourteen days of sevice, nevertheless, I ensured I published throughout it that I had been spending the bill in great faith which by spending the statement, I'm not accepting to some service agreement. I believed all was looked after, however I obtained my American Express statement and that I was surprised that Primary TV had the audacity to withhold a sizable termination charge from my consideration, WITHOUT my agreement or agreement! (Direct TV had my card amount simply because they stated they needed a creditcardnumber so that they might deliver me a little wire package to possess for that specialist when he connected support).in hindsight, which was a worthless technique to obtain my CC quantity! Why could not the specialist provide the small container included in his gear?

I questioned the cost with American Express so that as a direct result their analysis, they acknowledged the total amount back again to me. American Express stated that they offered Strong TV many weeks to provide them with something which suggested that I closed something agreement. Direct TV couldn't provide them with that info since I did not signal or accept something. Again, I believed all was properly. Subsequently, I obtained my next American Express statement and Direct TV charged a termination charge again! Therefore, American Express questioned Direct TV again, and again, discovered the disput in my own benefit again and acknowledged the total amount back in my experience. American Express has since been directed by me not to take any cost from Direct TV.

I had been hounded by Direct TV by many accompanying expenses and selection words. Subsequently Direct TV employed an assortment support to deliver me selection characters and irritate me with selection telephone calls. The telephone calls are harassing and unnerving to express minimal. They attempt to discourage me by informing me they have my social security number. They call day, midday and evening

The corporation is uneven plus they use a couple of bullies. I actually donot understand how they escape withit! Are they currently likely to attempt to damage my credit by distributing bogus data that I owe them for an upaind bill?

I are in possession of Time-Warner Cable and that I haven't been happier. Not just may be the support 100 times better (in a variety of ways) however they need no agreement. The large plus is the fact that the folks at Time-Warner Cable are extremely nice! They're a-class organization
