I ended my providers early with directv. I obtained a notice saying I owed them $420. I gave them a Tuesday March 22 and spoke to some customer support agent. These were attempting to cost me to get a recipient that used to donot have. I described the problem to her and he or she explained that I just owed $180. I mentioned okay and that I would really like a statement highlighting this and that I might create a cost after I received the declaration. I never obtained the declaration after which on Friday March 27 they simply required $420 out of my bank account which washed my bank account out. I'd no income for something. This place me in a economic difficulty!
I called them back on Saturday 28 march plus they explained I'd need to delay 6 to 2 months to obtain my cash back. I've sent them three times plus they keep showing me the same, 6 to 2 months
Just how can they consider significantly more than I owe them out-of my consideration after which I've to endure for 6 to 2 months to obtain my money-back when it had been their error, not mine.
