I changed to Mediacom last year having a really convincing salesperson called Tod, who offered me a good deal for just two years. After 24 months, I chose to change to a different supplier to save on-costs. I approached Mediacom 2 WEEKS before switching, and was informed they significantly have atleast a-one week discover & my consideration could be mentioned regarding internet/tv. I had been informed that my new supplier might contact Mediacom to remove my telephone themselves, to ensure that my house telephone number might be ported over. I had been also informed the consideration could be prorated for just one evening (the full time of termination to reset by new provider). I called Mediacom significantly less than per month after my new support had started and after getting a statement which was OVER $400 from Medicom! I spokewith a child called Abel who explained I'd togo in to the closest Mediacom office regarding my statement. He explained there have been records on my consideration, but he couldn't support me. Never once did he show that I'd to get back any gear for this workplace - he didn't note any gear at-all! I told him I had beennot likely to visit an office simply to examine a statement & requested he put up a scheduled appointment for anyone to arrived at my home. I subsequently noticed a press - he HUNG-UP on me! Therefore, I called back & talked having a lady named Jessica. She was excellent, explained she did actually, begin to see the cancelation info mentioned on my consideration, that my account was to become prorated, and he or she transferred me

Our next statement arrived in per week or 2 - also it WAS modified, although not towards the quantity anticipated... My new statement was OVER $1000!!!
