Direct TV has handled us really, very badly, by delivering the only real notice for payment on 17 December 08 after which reducing our support the very following day, 18 December 08, for late-payment. Direct TV has systemically declined to take into account its conduct throughout this time around.
Obviously, we'd no chance to purchase providers with significantly less than one-day's notice.
I've documented them towards the Better Business Bureau aswell.
