I recently had ATT deploy there fresh/no meal Wire, Telephone & DSL in my own house in Jan. 27. Like anything else, purchasing is just a easy, guarantee the moon... First, my statement pops up on my pc a week ago, that we believed it was strange that I'dnot noticed one in Feb. & below it's online! I had been cited $130.00 for several 3 providers & I'd be getting a rewards look for joining AT&T for at least $50 - $100—NO BENEFITS, BUT MY BILL IS $270.00. I named billing dept., talked having a lady who advised me that's how they bill their clients & it had been a statement being prorated. I questioned why I had beennot advised this kind of payment was to become anticipated, she explained this is how all businesses statement, I stated NO JUST YOUR ORGANIZATION... Obviously I had been raged. I requested when my statement was sent & they stated 2/27/09, I needed to understand why I'venot received it yet? This solution was the hay "YOU HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR POSTOFFICE, PERHAPS THERE SOMETHING AMISS" I ask everybody available, WHY TO THESE FOLKS GUARANTEE THEIR CUSTOMER'S THE MOON. I told the lady within the billing department. That it is people like me who're performing their advertising for them since person to person creates the very best ad; which did not create any feeling to her since she's in payment & that is all she worried about.
