Had a convegience issue in my own RCA Television, named them-and they delivered a technichian out the didnot understand what the issue was named another technology about the telephone and after being on-hold for half an hour informed her that merely a blend and Diode ned to become changed so we purchase them-and they stated three to five business-day to become delivered, it tokks them 3 months to ship the components as well as for the tehcnichain in the future out again to set up it and once they did they discovered they didnot understand what they were doing this the specialist destroyed the entire Television and also the panel must be rebuilt as she burned it plus they I've to cover it to become set, named their customer serivce and that I was hung-up on over 5 differing times, therefore improfeesional and rude customer support plus they do not kno the things they are doing.
