Let me just say that Uverse is by far the best cable and interactive tv out there; BUT... For 2 days in a row a tech was suppose to be here and they didn't show up and didn't even call. It has taken 5 days to get somebody out here. So if you plan on getting this installed you better take a week of vacation.
