Missing Christmas gift

I requested a Sherlock Holmes DVD for my mom for Holiday, below it's Christmas day and that I have nothing to provide her. The cash continues to be obtained from my take into account the DVD AND convey shipping by Christmas Eve. I'll never purchase online again. If many of these grievances happen to be online, exactly why is this website still available. Does anybody examine these?
