In June'08 bellsouth stopped their cable tv services for my apartment complex. I was supposed to get a refund of $145.12 and was told that it would take 6 weeks to get it. So I waited until September before I checked back with them. They replied that they sent me a check and would send me another one. I never received any check yet!!! All further emails to bellsouth remained unanswered. Meanwhile all telephone lines are out of service and on the website you are forwarded to at&t. So I tried to get hold of at&t's customer service by phone. You can hardly call it "service" though. Before you finally have the chance to wait for a representative to talk to, you need to answer dozens of questions and the call takes forever... I was then told that my file would be older than 6 months and therefore expired. I didn't want to accept this answer and insisted to talk to the supervisor. Of course, she was busy on the phone... And of course, the promised return call never happened! The whole thing was a demonstration for any company how customer service shouldn't be, but other than that, it's unbelievable, that these guys are stealing my money!!!
