I planned a fix for my parents (really modification of preliminary installment which was never finished last FEBRUARY!), and was guaranteed that my parents wouldn't be billed. The service-man arrived within this day, did the task, subsequently informed my dad he desired 30 bucks or might publish a statement for 85. My dad, a 85 yr-old by having an unacceptable wife, complied. Money. No bill. I'm shocked and ashamed. I'd prefer to understand who the person was and what'll be achieved to maintain him from performing such issues later on. I'm considering calling the Philadelphia Authorities. More, I've been on-hold for 40 minute today awaiting regional Cust Service.
