FIOS insufficient service is insane. I named directly into their service-center and informed them I needed to create a criticism. I had been informed they didn't possess a problem callcenter. I'd need to deliver a "notice" them them via the usa email. I did so deliver a-2 page notice to them, but never noticed something from them.

Their on screen programing needs to be put up with a fool. It generally does not create since, it's difficult to study and thus sluggish that it's nearly worthwhile to hire a film than to try and view their on demand development. The "preferred" function barely works. It provides stations that aren't favorites and eliminates stations which are. You are able to re program it also it still messes up.

We were informed the display would not actually freeze also it does. We were informed they would not arrange the stations plus they did thus atleast twice within 1 5 years. This last moment they shifted many HD stations to some new degree that you simply need to purchase. Along side spending additional for that HD container you've to pay for additional for many of the HD stations.

Once The moment comes we may simply create a change to a different support. They could be just like bad-but I actually donot believe that I have to invest my cash on Fios anymore.
