No Signal and No Response from Service Center for Four Days

My vc no. 015 0446 5465 had lodged complaint on 17.10.08 since was not receiving signal. There is no response from the company for 4 days. The service center staff is insensitive and keep giving lame excuses. I would rate the company the worst in terms of customer service.
