I have only had Dish Satellite for 26 days as of 4-30-07. When I called about getting Dish, I was told how great it was, that it never looses it's signal unless there is a bad storm, which I understand. This past weekend the weather was just Great! I lost service for about 90% of the weekend. I have also lost the signal before. I called on Saturday and was told that they couldn't get anyone out to me until Monday. So I called Monday and was told since I didn't make the request on Saturday, I know have to wait until Wednesday for a technician to come out. At this point I am PISSED OFF! I explained to the representative that I was also told that I had so many days to decide if I wanted to keep Dish Services or cancel it. I explained that I want to cancel this, and they are now telling me that I will have to pay a $240 cancellation fee and they will charge it to my debit card, which is not right. I even called Dish Network to file a complaint about this subcontracting company that is representing them and they don't care. If anyone has experienced anything similar to this with Dish, please let me know.
