Cancellation of membership

I keep publishing about the purchase type that I do want to stop my account and prevent giving me-any potential presents and my title be terminated from their subscriber list after completing my obligations however they nevertheless maintain giving me their presents so when I return the item, they cost it against my charge card without my agreement.
