Poor service!

Our 42" DLP projection collection continues to be resting at my technicianis look for nearly 8 weeks now. They've been waiting on the color wheel that's still on back-order. This is actually the second-time this collection has let me down. It had been only over per year previous the very first time and simply over two this time around. I've e mailed them atleast 3 times today (exactly what a shock, no reaction) and am about frustrated. You'd believe by spending that type of cash on the tv you'd improve support than this. Samung hurts! This is the final Samsung item that I actually purchase!
