My phone line doesn't work after the DIRECTV technician left last week. I had Century Link come yesteday to check it. They said that it works fine outside and that the proeblem is inside the house. I called DIRECTV back and they said they couldn't order another service call because they don't have anything to do with the phone line. What am I suppose to do now!
Technician left in a hurry; one receiver (mini genie) doesn't even work; he left the plate open on our av plate with his tools laying around; didn't sweep up after drilling new holes in the wall to do a new drop. What else do I have to say to get them to come back and finish the job?
