Our phone and internet services were disconnected through no fault of our own. There was a credit on our account that was apparently overlooked. We owe nothing to your company but have been waiting 5 days for our internet and phone lines to be restored which as of yet have not been restored. We are losing business because of your incompetent workers who finally figured out that in actuality we had just paid our bill and owed nothing when we were disconnected! We have called multiple times to get this resolved and have been told multiple different stories! The most recent is that our phone line will be restored on the 24th so that is 6 days without a phone for our COMPUTER business or internet to repair computers!!!
