Cancel 3 appointments without my authorization and got paints all over my car - TIME WARNER CABLE

My name is Cristina and I have been with this company for several years, I never had problem until recently. I went to the timewarner office in Raeford nc June 17. It was about 5:30 pm and I got my box exchange with no problem I also have appointment for the technician to come June 18, the next day which I did not cancel just in case I'm still having problems and the gentleman behind the counter also said just to keep it just in case. So I proceed to go in my car and I noticed a paints that look like someone run over and I was really shock to find out that it was my car. I went back inside and let the lady that works there know about it and she called the security guard Mr. Gray to look at it, they took pictures of my car and the paints that look like some customer dropped, Mr. Gray then got some cones because it was just freshly new. I gave Mr. Gray my Full name, Address, Phone number for them to contact me and no one follow up on this. So I went to the timewarner office on June 20th at 12:15 and have to wait for Mr. Mike Fowler for 15 minutes and then when he finally saw me, I was informed that he actually never got any of my information as Mr. Gray promised me that he would call the same day the incident happened!!! Mr. Mike Fowler promised me again yesterday June 20th that Ms. Faye or someone will get back in touch with me today June 21st and If I don't hear from them for me call him back at 2pm and when I called him back as I was expecting whats gonna happen some excuse on their part she is out due to family sickness or something. Oh and my appointment again today June 21 between the hour of 5-6 of course got cancel again after I told them specifically that no one in my household can cancel it but me, they still proceed and not honor my request and the supervisor in Raleigh, Steve He is no help at all and their customer service is very poor, no wonder why because talking to the supervisor (Steve) need a customer service training himself!!!
