I was on the phone with Direct Tv. They were trying to sell me their services. I was quoted a price of 62.00 for the first three months and 52 for month 3-12. The agent said this would include the interenet service. When the supervisor M. Lovejoy got on the phone he stated it would not include internet service. They advertised 74.98 a month for Direct TV Internet and phone. When I asked about that the agent said phone service was not included but Direct TV and Internet were. How can they advertise one price and switch to another. Isn't that false advertising. How disappointing dealing with an agency that is not truthful.
