I ended my service with TWC In March 15th — service was begun in Dec. 2009
so I had completed my two year requirement. I paid my bill just before ending the contract so they owed me $97.54. They issued me $11.84. I have been trying since then to get back the balance which is $85.70. After numerous phone calls they claim I am not owed it as I didn't complete my time requirement — which is untrue. After being on hold for over an hour they said they would try to figure out how to return my money — a check should quite simple but when you are dealing with Manilla in the Philllipines I guess that's too hard to figure out. I am totally fed with them. Oh, I ended my contract due to poor service — waited five days for a service call which never happened so we were without TV service. This coimpany is disgusting.
