Dish tv crappy service - dish tv which works occasionally if it is dry weathe

Since getting this service we have been very sick of it and the people on your help line. Again tonite no tv due to april showers. Rude rude idiot on the help line. Want out of this stupid contract without paying out the rear as we are retirees and are getting ripped over this inferior service, no problems with didrect tv - supposed better deal - yea right
