Signal Lost in Rain, Rude Help Line and Wish to Leave Contract

Since getting this service we have been very sick of it and the people on your help line. Again tonite no tv due to April showers. Rude rude idiot on the help line. Want out of this stupid contract without paying out the rear as we are retirees and are getting ripped over this inferior service, no problems with Direct TV - supposed better deal - yea right
