TWC can't get my caller ID on new digital phone straight - TWC Digital Phone

I had digital phone installed on Dec. 31. To date, Feb. 28, when I make an out call the caller ID displayed to person I am calling says the name of the previous owner of the phone number I was given on Dec. 31. I have placed several calls to customer service AND Tech support. After each call I am assured that the previous owner's name will no longer display when I make an out call and my name will show. Today it still showed the previous owner's name. I sick of making calls, about this problem. Every time I call the wait time is ridiculous and the problem is not solved after being on the phone for over an hour each time. I do not understand why something that should be so simple is such a hurdle for this company. I also had to repeatedly call in to have them remove my old phone number from my account and have repeatedly asked they take my new number off the previous owner's account. I shouldn't have to ask for all these steps to be done. After again yesterday being assured the accounts were not crossed over by this phone number problem, I got a call from TWC sales dept trying to solicit more services and addressing me as the name of the previous owner of the phone number. So Clearly the account is crossed with these other people.
