I signed up for services with their marketers and was promised services for a price that I never have recieved, additionally, they put their guldy dish in my front yard which I constantly hear about from my neibors. Additionally, I have had nothing but issues the whole 3 months of service was so poor we can barely watch a 30 minute show without it pix-elating every three seconds. Additionally, the costs of my services are almost double what I was promised and they state that they have not broke contact. This company has one sided contracts that only protect them, which is wrong and unethical especially, when the individual you are cheating is mentally disabled and cannot see through the lies. I make 710 a month and have 4 kids so to pay a ridiculous 400 dollars to end services and even the almost 100 dollars just for satellite services. I do not understand though as they stated a price and agreed but they never fulfilled their end of the contract. I have began to contact some government agencies to find some help as no one should be traded in such a way, especially those who are less fortunate and disabled. This is not to mention the issues with my local channels as well as having to pay more just to get all of them. I also am considering filing a BBB complain as well so hopefully they will respond as I do not want to hurt their organizations reputation if they are willing to fix this as my account notes proves much of what I said.
