On August 1 I was approached by a door-to-door salesperson who was attempting to set up services for ATT in our neighborhood. She was offering to bundle services at a very low price of $69 for the first year. We signed up for satellite TV, DSL, and phone service, and were promised rebates of $325 in addition to the introductory pricing. After switching from cable services, we began getting bills of more than $200 a month for the services. Phone calls to Customer Service at ATT have resulted in refusals to do anything.
