Traveling & Tourism Jay607 0

Six months ago my company was purchasing a ticket for me. They authorized Katia Akl at iTravel to use the company credit card to purchase the ticket. 5 months ago I was called concerning a debit for the amount of the ticket on MY credit card. My bank caught the transaction and blocked it. I ...

The company has a dishonest "incentive" program that is rigged for easy error so they can try to sell you a vacation instead of giving you what was promised

Traveling & Tourism Jill358 0

I received this certificate as an incentive for helping a friend with a new business. A company uses this incentive and I suspect the company that contracts with them doesn't really know how bad they are. First you send $15.00 to get a brochure, then you fill out a complex brochure with lots of ...

Jacobo Braun Casa Conde Mexico was hopefully the last tourist trap—ripoff—scam— I fall into! Mexico City

Traveling & Tourism Isaiah4 0

Although Jacobo and Jorge advertise themselves as excellent hosts of a unique and trendy home away from home, in reality their service is more like a neglected hostel. Their image online and their actual service do not match. On their website they advertise their home as a luxurious accommodation ...

We had no intention to purchase and keep telling them we could not afford it. What was a 90 min talk turned into a 4 hour talk. ...

Booked Flight, Then Charged 25% More Than Original Discount Price

Traveling & Tourism stupendo 0

After booking a flight online they say they will contact you in 24 hours to confirm the ticket. I was not contacted and after 20 hours called them to confirm the ticket myself. They said the original discount price was now gone and charged me 25% more for the exact same flight. Did not bother to ...

Traveling & Tourism maitai1102 0

I stayed at Fort Mitchell, Ky several weeks ago using Hotwire.com as my hotel locator. When searching, they posted this unknown hotel as a "best deal" so I went with it. They put in a shabby hotel 8 with the listing on the sign as #45 a night. I was charged around $60. No internet (which ...
