Terrible. Misleading. I was told that i got timed out and to please proceed with a new search so i did but then both tickets were charged to my credit card. When i called customer service i was put on hold for a long time and not called back when hung up on. They have told me i will be getting a refund in 10 days but dont know if i can trust them
