Riped off debit card

We stayed (The Gilmer Inn) Gilmer texas on 10/14. My wife trimed the back of my hair, I left a few strands on the floor. They acused us of having a dog and took $143.00 bill I signed was $57.00 for a total of $200.00. When I called back to explaine she said we eather had a dog or I acted like a dog. We filed a police report
