Vacations Made Easy's website stated free hotel pick-up and drop-off with their Washington D.C. Tours. When we talked to operator by phone they said that was only for some tours. So, we picked out 2 tours that included this service. When we received via email our confirmations 3 days later there was no information about the pick-ups and drop-offs at the hotel. We called and were told that this was no longer a service they provided and their website was wrong (we printed a page of their website stating this service). So, we went to their website again ad looked and it had been changed! We stated we wanted to cancel since hotel pick-up/drop-off was why we went with their company. We were told we could not cancel.
This company is nothing more than a scam and they should be put out of business. Only after our experience did we check the Missouri Better Business Bureau and found they were not a BBB business and that they had investigated complaints about this company. The Missouri Attorney General should investigate this company.
