This company telephoned me on 01/09/04 and offered a orlando package deal subject to my approval. I gave them my visa details and they have taken $680.00 from my visa card. After 20days they sent me the holiday package, in the package they again asked me to pay &60 amd $80 to get the holiday confirmed, which they did not explained to me at first placa, therefore, I requested them on 02/02/04 statding that I am not satisifed please refund my money to my visa card and I returned the package to them.instead of refund they sent me another package form to be filled which did not satisfise me because the second form again had the extra money to be paid mentioned in the form.
I requested them again on 01/17/04 by e-mail that please refudn my $680.00 to my visa card but till today I have not received any word from them. Their local telephone no 321 2819042, toll free 800 4530209, and their e-mail address "ustomer service"[email protected]. I should be grateful if you please look into this case and get my money back
