I received a post card in the mail and I contacted the number and reached Abigail and she explained that I was receiving a Visa Card. I made sure I asked her if it was a Visa Card and was Cash Advance available on this card. I thought I was paying for my fees upfront. Therefore, when I received the package, I was in shock.
I contacted Customer Service and was explained that I had to wait 5-7 Business Days until the tape is listen to see if I was telling the truth. I contacted them on the seven business day and was told to call back tomorrow. The next day I call and Mike#326 said that the results was not in and I then demanded a resolution and that I was not waiting another day.
He put me on hold came back and told me that she did misrepresented the company. He gave me RAN# and I returned the package as is and was instructed to fax a copy of mail receipt.
This is the only way they know that I mailed the package.
I was put through a lot of red tape to get my money returned. I still do not have my money as of yet. I am still mad that the Customer Rep Abigail told me that it was a Visa Card. She lied to get a sale. What kind of company is ACS, they are a ripoff and if I knew that they was a credit program, which I do not need, I would have never agreed to pay them $199.95.
I was taken because the rep lied and continued to lie more than once. ACS is a ripoff and they will say anything to get your money. However, they are putting me through a lot to get my refund.
