I fell for going to their presentation. I took my family to San Antonio for a vacation & agreed to go to their "1 1/2" tour at the Fairfield REsorts. We have two little ones that went to a kids room while we listened to their presentation. AFter 1 1/2 hours the kids started coming out - they were restless and wanted to go (so did I). My husband & I were very stubbornly saying "no" to this package. We told them in no uncertain terms that we would "never" make a quick decision spending that kind of money - that if our sales rep wanted to give us a card with her name on it so we could think about it - we could call her later. She totally avoided this subject - something very suspicious. She kept saying this was a one time deal - with all these freebies they were throwing in. We still didn't fall for it. AFter 2 hours when we would not budge = she brought over some guy who started writing all these numbers - of "special packages" that they were only offering that day - how it was our lucky day!!! It was so transparent & obvious to us the high pressure tactics that it just made us more determined not to give in. They were relentless and really made me mad because basically they held my family hostage for three hours because if we had left before they gave us a voucher to take back to the hotel (proving we went to the tour or we would have been charged extra!!!) Finally, finally they let us out of there but not before trying every sales pressure they could think of to wear us down. Thank God we stayed strong and didn't cave but I feel terrible for all the people who sign their life away to them - because it is a crock!!!
