Fraudulent promises of bonus weeks to secure my deposit & never providing me with a resort in return. San Francisco California

12/03 I was promised a bonus week if I deposited with San Francisco Exchange my timeshare week for a 2 bedroom at the Polo Towers, Las Vegas. I needed to pay a fee to join the membership which I did and now would have 2 weeks of a 2 bedroom unit in my account.

I made several requests for time and each time they made excuses that I hadn't given them enough notice (over 4 months) to secure anything. Every trip I ended up having to pay and rent out a place on my own.

I tried Sedona, AZ they said it was too busy. Then I asked for a later Sedona date, this time they told me that the town was sold out due to a convention. When I inquired as to the type of convention scheduled, they responded "Time share people". Once again I booked something on my own and no one in Sedona had heard of this convention.

After I had booked and paid for my own place, they called and offered me a different week then I had asked for and it was for a 1 bedroom. I obviously declined.

Then in Aug. I requested a place in Florida in Nov. They told me that there was nothing available due to the Hurricane. Well at this point there was only 1 hurricane and obviously it had not crippled the entire state.

Once again I booked on my own elsewhere.

Now today I went to place another request for Feb. 2005 in Sedona. I want to use my week as well as my bonus week I was promised. Well, it wouldn't let me place the request because it is after my membership expires. So in order to complete the request, I went ahead and paid once again for the membership or I would just loose my weeks.

Once I paid, I go into the account and look and it now shows that my "bonus week" expires this year!

So since 5 months time isn't enough to get anything, what are the chances they will get me something before it expires in Dec. 2004?

I know that when I complain they just come back with "sorry nothing is available".

I am upset that they have not helped me at all this year and now I had to pay again just to have a "chance" to use my time and now I see that the "promised bonus week" is now expiring.

I have a feeling they just took another fee from me and not only will I loose the bonus week (which was the only reason I joined them) but I will also never be offered anything for my 2 bedroom that I gave them.

I apprecaite your help with this complaint.
