A couple of weeks ago my friend and I were travelling to Denver Colorado, when we stopped in Harrisonville MO for gas. When we tried to leave the car wouldn't start. We called Triple A who came out and tried to start it. Is wasn't the battery, it was the starter. We were told since it was almost noon on a Sat. We couldn't get help until Monday. We would have to walk to a motel and stay two extra days. We took a walk and heard a compressor being used in the uhaul place, we approached and asked Patrick Danahy, the gentleman working on a pick up, if there was anyway he could do to help us. He said he had to be somewhere by 2 but would come in on Sunday. We went back to the car and pushed it over to the uhaul garage.By then it was almost 2. Patrick was going to lock the car inside for us, so we pushed it in. He was about to lock up after giving us directions to a motel, then he said let me look at it, he had ordered the part earlier. He proceeded to put the new starter in, and we were on our way home by 3:30 making Patrick late for his appointment. Patrick is our hero, not only did we get home that night but I was able to meet my children to celebrate my birthday, something I would have missed since I don't live in Denver. Patrick was very professional, courteous, extremely helpful and a darn good machanic. Thanks so much Patrick.
