Travelocity.com failure to refund cancelled reservations - Reservations at the Radisson in Seattle WA

I cancelled a reservation made on August 4 in Seattle, WA. The Radisson said they would refund the money to Travelocity. I have talked to Travelocity on several occasions, and they put me on hold, "call The Radisson" and then tell me that within 48 to 72 hours they will refund the money. To date I have not received a refund!!! Travel number 120502857335.
