Items missing from my Bag without any information

I arrived at IGI Airport 19/08, and found my luggage missing, on enquiry, your executive told that my luggage is kept on hold without any prior information to me at China itself, On 23/08, i received my Baggage, i opened it in front of China Sothern executive and custom officials and found all valuable items were missing, i doubt as they also took my luggage lock password. I don’t know how can they stole some valuable items. After i ask them to take item lost report, but they told that there is no their way, they give me a mail id: baggage. [email protected], that’s only. Is that really true? I have all the proof.

I am physically and mentally both harassed after following up of my luggage from last 30 day far away from my home town. This is very in-disciplinary act done and i want justification for the same and also the culprit. Even no one from your side was bothered to call me for my inconvenience and there irresponsibility, this is very worst service as I lost more than 30000 INR and Spend 30000 more to follow up indirectly.
