We attended a sales presentation promising the moon. I had problems with a previous travel company so was very skeptical. Was promised my check would be held until after the cancellation period and I was satisfied they could deliver. They cashed my check immediately. When I inquired about cancelling, my $3593.00 membership was immediately upgraded to the full Platinum $6995.00 membership at no charge and given an extension on the cancellation to give them a "chance to prove they could produce". From then on I got nothing but promises. They won't answer my phone calls, emails or letters. I have even filed suit in small claims against them and they didn't even respond to the court. I have recently filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission Bureau Of Consumer Protection. I suggest anyone ripped off by this company do the same. Lets get the word out to stop this SCAM.
