Would like to share what I consider a rip off by UHaul. My borther rented a tow bar from them at a charge of $200 for 3 days. Unfortunally his Motror home had some mechanicl issues and he left it to be repaired. Upon requesting them to pick the tow bar up just 10 minutes from there office they made him pay another $150 and made NO refund on top of that so for 14 hours of use it cost him $350. Corporate office in Oregon says they only sell the franchise and do not not control the cost or how the owners run there business.
In MY opinion this is price gouging at its finest. I warn anyone reading this to beware of this company. I certainly will do my utmost to warn family and friends to stay away from them.
