Spirit Incentives
Consumer scam, refused to comfirm valid hotel date. Discussed issue with representatives who caimed written communication which was not received

Spirit Incentives refuses to honor hotel accommodations for three days and two nights for two adults at Reno, Nevada. They claim our dates were not valid because our first date was not available for a hotel stay date and therefore that made the other two dates invalid.

Spirit Incentives caims they mailed a letter notifying us of the above and that we should have mailed them back a communication stating that we received their letter. We received no letter and therefore two other dates are invalid and they refuse to honor their offer.
