We had a couples weekend at the Handerly union square, San Francisco after booking through roomstays.com and had an excellent time. Room stays site was easy to use... I did end up calling there 800 number and got good information on the area attractions, and just booked over the phone. Plan on using room stay next year for our trip to Meixico.
