POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - travel package

I booked my trip in May to Toronoto, ON. I called persoanlly to speak with a representative ensure I was going to recieve all options on flights and hotels to build the best package. I expressed to the rep that I wanted my flight to leave as early as possible, price was not an issue. Here a month later I go online to look at my intinerary and flights available and they have a flight that gets there two and half hrs earlier. I called to speak with a representative, my first question was to them was this flight available when I booked my package. They would not answer becuase they knew that they were DEAD WRONG and I was told I had a to pay a $150 fee to change airlines and $30 orbitz change fee on top of a $100 difference in price. I told them that I didnt think it was fair because this flight wasnt presented as an option because if it was I would be having this problem. I requested a manager that said he would wiave the $30 fee but I had pay the $150 fee and the difference in the ticket prices. I am disgusted with the poor customer service and how this company doesnt take ownership for thier mistakes. I will never use this company again. The frustration and stupidity is not worth the headache.
