I booked a hotel in Branson MO for 3 nights. Upon arrival and check in we decided to stay elsewhere the next few nights so I called Expedia to get the process started. I was told the supervisor had faxed in the cancelation and everything would be taken care of. After a week and a half and 8 phone calls I had zero resolution. Finally after talking to a supervisor for the third time they gave me a refund as a "one time courtesy". Every time I had called i just got the run around and told that everything was being handled. What a crazy process. Won't use them again!
