This company is station in reno, nv they have a los angeles, ca location they pay us a safety bonus of 240$ but only for 8 hrs of work after the 8th hr, we make 3$ less per hr, if you have a accident or damage any company property, you losse you bonus even if you are over your 8hrs of work, we are obligated to be on call on our days off, if they do call you in for work, they don't pay overtime or your bonus, and they make you responsible for anything that happens and they only pay you the hrs you work, they also only give you 30min lunch break in a 8hr to 12hr shift we have been taking late lunch breaks all the time.
