Dial america is a call center.
Inbound or incoming calls.
As a prior employee i must warn others you are only given a straight 8 hour shift.
No breaks of any kind or lunch/dinner break of any kind.
You also do not know exactly what your work schedule is going to be until a week prior-to.
And your days off are not necessarily together or consecutive - they can be, for example, tuesday and thursday.
You cannot have anything at your desk but yourself.
No handbag, drink, hard candy or anything.
You cannot have a cellphone turned on in the building except for in the break room.
All personal items have to be stored in your designated locker during your workshift.
And your locker must be emptied at the end of your workshift or they will empty it for you.
You are discouraged from taking breaks that last as long as 10 minutes.
Anytime you do take as a break or lunch is seen as being on your own time and your paycheck is deducted for it.
So a fulltime job never gets 40 full hours of pay for all the breaks you have to give yourself as a human being that has to use the restrooms on occassion.
Unless you "make-up" your break time off.
Which is highly encouraged.
And of course, cuts into your possible days off time.
I think this was the hardest place for me to have ever worked at.
