I arranged trip for just two folks from Immediate Routes AU and they’ve established our cost was obtained and seats delivered to mail. After we’ve got to airport we were informed that seats aren't actual and due to that people needed to purchase 2 seats again. Unfortunate that I haven’t double-checked this with my transporter.
