Caribbean Cruise Lines: a total scam! I made a first payment and then followed up a year later, only to be told the "TOTAL BALANCE" I paid was only for the upgrades (worth $100-200 according to the rep.), NOT for the cruise.
Someone named "Shevon" (very aggressive and belligerent) phoned and said my cruise reservation was suddenly cancelled. According to her version, the first salesperson was with another company contracted only to make sales for them and had "made a mistake" in his sales pitch that the cruise company was not responsible for.
However, two or three other people at the cruise company made exactly the same "mistake" when they told me I was fully paid up. Coincidence? No way!
This is a version of "the old shell game": which one is the liar?
Answer: all of them!
