Stayed at the econo lodge at st joseph, michigan -christmas eve
night.
There was no heat and the manager gave us a very old
electric heater. We were afraid to keep it on all night it was
so old. No sheet under the blanket and the blanket was ripped
and soiled.
Left very early the next morning because we were
cold. Left my cosmetic bag with medicine on the dresser. I called
them when we got home (4 hours later) and they found it.
I asked
if they would send it to me c.O.D. As i needed my medicine.
Had to call five times and each time i was told a lie that they
sent it.
I finally called corporate headquarters and complained.
They called the hotel, i was than told they could not send
it because the money had to be paid up front.
Five times i called
they never told me this. Corporate never made things right with
us.
I finally had a third party call to fed ex which cost me
more money but after 14 days i received my medicine. To top
it off my husband ended up with pneumonia.
