Using priceline is a huge mistake!

Whenever my girlfiend and I are looking to go somewhere we would bid on priceline and it works out great if there is absolutely no chance of you needing to cancel or change the reservation. The last time that we used priceline my work decided that they couldn't let me get away after all. I figured not a big deal because I was notifying priceline and the hotel well over 24 hours in advance. Priceline gave me the run around and they were actually incredibly rude to me on the phone (reaching an actual person was a huge pain in the ass as well). They refused to do anything. They wouldn't even give a priceline credit that could be used in the future which would make sense because that would guarantee that I would be back to purchase from them in the future. Priceline does not care about customer service and they have lost myself, my family, my friends, and my girlfirend's friends and family as well. They should realize that taking care of people would grow their client base but their current business model is going to cost them large amounts of money as word of mouth spreads that they are a bad company. I'm sure that priceline will not care about any bad reviews and will continue to screw people over.
